Acid / Alkaline balance (ph balance) of the human body is the most essential balance that needs to be maintained not only for what we could call health, but for life and survival as well.   1. With cancer being one of the leading causes of death in the world it is important to understand things that we can do to help prevent this terrible disease. I’d heard of alkaline diets in the past but never heard of barley juice. I read your other post on the benefits of barley juice and it sounds like a super super food! Do you use the powder form or order it fresh? Is there a particular brand that you’d recommend?

  2. Interesting post, I’ve recently been concentrating on keeping my system more alkaline by adding more fruit and vegetables generally to my diet and lots of green veg in particular. However, the information you’ve given on barley grass juice powder sounds interesting and something that I could easily add to my morning smoothies. For sure, it’s better to take any supplements in their natural whole food form. Do you have a particular brand you recommend?
